Our technical support team are here help you out of computer difficulties when you need it. Our keen techs are available Monday to Friday from 9am to 4:30pm AEST (excluding NSW Public Holidays) to provide technical advice.

If you purchased your computer package from us, you have 6 months free tech support included with the sale of your computer, but if you need to renew or sign up for our great service for the first time – read on.
