New IT Networking Service helping Not for Profits Connect

Last week we were proud to assist with the launch of Avenue, the latest business hub set up by the team at Fighting Chance. Avenue harnesses the time, skills and abilities of people with disability to bring epic brands to the world.

As a social enterprise, being able to connect with customers is critical to ensure the business activities support the positive social impact they’re set up to achieve. Budgets are often stretched to cover the expense of computers, network set up and ongoing technical support.

New IT and Network Service

Our recently launched Not for Profit IT Services was the ideal solution for the team at Avenue. We packaged up a load of desktop computers and assisted in setting them up ready for immediate use. Ian, the IT Manager at WorkVentures was on hand to also build and set up their network, which will support the smooth running of the IT services. In addition, we’ll be providing ongoing technical support to maintain the services Avenue are providing to their customers.

As a retail distribution and marketing business, the huge range of work undertaken by the team at Avenue will involve inventory, stock management, research and more. Being able to assist in making this a reality and mobilising the talents and abilities of people with disability is something we’re very proud to assist with.
