- Where do you ship to?We ship to most places Australia wide via Toll Priority. However there are a number of locations which cannot be used for delivery addresses:

- Parcel Lockers or Parcel Collect addresses
- Some rural areas or islands within Australia
- International addresses

- What is the quality of the devices you sell?The cosmetic quality of the devices is generally good to very good. The devices may have some scratches / marks on the outside - however our team will always try and provide the best quality available when picking and building your system. Typically the internal cosmetic quality of the laptops is very good. The systems are checked for any damage or bad scratches.
- How much warranty is included with our systems?All our systems come with 6 months warranty - double the industry standard of 90 days! Further information on our Warranty & Refund Policies is available here.
- How much technical support will I receive?We provide 6 months of free telephone Technical Support to customers who purchase a Desktop or Laptop. The 6 months of free telephone technical support begins from date of delivery of your computer package, and expires 180 days after date of initial delivery.
