  • Reinstalling Windows operating systems
  • Virus and Malware Removal (excluding ransomware)
  • Upgrading software
  • Transferring photos from a mobile phone to a computer

What your subscription doesn’t cover

WorkVentures SafetyNet does not provide support to customers with the following issues:

  • Problems with hardware provided by third-party vendors
    (such as modems supplied by an Internet Service Provider or ISP)
  • Ransomware attacks
  • File recovery caused by hard drive failure
  • Lost or forgotten password issues
  • Internet Connection issues
