The health and safety of our customers and team is our priority. Therefore we have made a number of changes to our local pickup procedures to be able to continue to safely provide this service for our online customers.
These measures include social distancing and strict hygiene / cleaning practices so that you can safely pick up your product.
Please take the time to review the COVID 19 Guidelines (below) – it provides important information to ensure the safety and well being of our customers and staff.
Prior to pickup:
– our team will advise that your order is ready to be picked up from the Mascot Warehouse (below)
– Proceed to the designated area for pickups (outside the warehouse)
– Follow any instructions from the warehouse staff
– Provide our team with a visual copy of your proof of purchase / invoice / order number
– Advise staff of your name
Entry into the building is strictly not permitted.
Note: Pickup is only available at our Mascot Warehouse (shown below).
